We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the larger town center and trains, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking both English and German. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a cozy sitting area and all the necessary amenities including a mini-bar and flat-screen TV. The bathroom was roomy and warm, with a separate shower and bath. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the bright and cheerful dining room. the service and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.

The lack of an elevator may pose a challenge to guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The breakfast was exquisite and the staff was very friendly and efficient. the smaller restaurant had a great selection of local food that was delicious. the room was well-decorated and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel was close to several bus stops and tourist attractions.
The WIFI was unreliable and kept dropping out, which caused a lot of frustration and wasted time. the noise level from outside was extremely loud and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, despite the window being closed.

Great food and friendly staff. The picturesque view from our room added to the romance of our escape. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding town and attractions.
